We aim to provide a range of Yoga classes aimed to improve physical and emotional well-being, whilst building a sense of community and social connection.

Prices for public classes are varied to ensure accessibility and subsidised spaces are available to those who need them most.

We would love to collaborate with third sector organisations to offer free, supportive, safe and trauma sensitive Yoga to communities who may not be able to access the benefits of the practice due to economic reasons. We are passionate about making Yoga available to communities who experience trauma, persistent pain and mental health challenges. One to One Yoga

One to One Yoga sessions can be a wonderful way to explore a range of Yoga practices that are specifically tailored to your unique circumstances, abilities, and goals. We aim to support you to discover optimal wellbeing through the healing power of Yoga; inspired by tradition, informed by science. The initial one to one session involves exploring all the unique aspects that make you, you, by using the “kosha” model, which includes:

Anamayakosha - Your physical body, diet, sleep patterns and lifestyle habits.

Pranamayakosha - Your energy levels and breathing patterns.

Manomayakosha - Your mental and emotional states, memories, habitual thoughts.

Vigyanamayakosha - How you feel you connect to your higher wisdom and intuition.

Anandamayakosha - Your connection to the things that bring you joy and enhance your connection to your true nature.

We can then co create a plan suited to your needs, and that can include a range of yoga practices and techniques.

We aim to provide a variety of workshops and courses, where we will share Yoga and other complementary practices to help support any challenging experiences that you may face. This may include mental health, persistent pain or menopause.
