Why Yoga?
The benefits of Yoga are endless, however, many Yoga spaces are not inclusive and are expensive. In addition, and in my experience, the Yoga taught is often limited to the physical aspects of the practice. While these are a wonderful part of Yoga, Yoga is so much more! Individuals should be able to experience the variety of practices that Yoga has to offer, such as pranayama, meditations, mudras, mantras, whilst delving into its rich philosophy.
At its root, Yoga is an ancient, practical and scientific system and embodied practice of self enquiry, aimed at calming the mind, bringing the body and mind into harmony, whilst cultivating a sense of peace and liberation.
