We aim to provide a space that acknowledges the challenges and the many shifts in your physical and emotional wellbeing, whilst supporting you to practice self - compassion and acceptance during this powerful transformation and changes in your natural cycles.
This space recognises our mental health differences and challenges, and will encourage you to honour your energy levels; focus on restorative and restful practices if your energy is low, or focus on more uplifting and energising practices if your energy is high.

We aim to create an empowering space for important conversations, connection and building a community of support, where we can discuss tools, strategies and lifestyle habits to support our menopause experience.
EMBODIED APPROACHes TO TRAUMA.
This is a judgment-free space where survivors of trauma are welcome.
Facilitated by Eloise, who is a trauma survivor and Yoga practitioner.
This space invites you to explore Yoga and other body based practices - including: a traditional hatha style of Yoga, encompassing movement (hatha and some somatic), breathwork, mindfulness, meditation and Yoga nidra.
Practices can be explored on a mat or chair.
We support women’s agency, choices and consent; you can opt out of any suggested practices at anytime. This is always an invitational space; everything we invite you to explore is a suggestion. You are in charge of how much you want to take part and how much you move or rest. Please honour your energy, your body and your breath. Your choices will be welcomed, accepted and respected.
We hope to offer women a nurturing and compassionate space to explore the therapeutic benefits of Yoga and other body based practices in a safe, empowering and an accessible way.
